Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to work with a client base, helping them with everyday questions of operating their small to medium sized business.
Plan, monitor and prioritise your team’s workload
Work closely with team members helping them with all aspects of financial statement preparation, tax return preparation, bookkeeping and payroll processing.
Ensure quality and have tasks and jobs done in a timely manner.
Experience Required:
Ability to talk to clients in a way that they understand
Experience in Australian Accounting Public Practice
Great communicator, written and verbal
Experience managing a team and a client base
Knowledge around tax strategy and superannuation
Highly Organised
It is desirable to have; a strong bookkeeping background, experience using Xero, and knowledge of SMSF and their operations.
